Have you ever had experience with staff? Yes i am currently a Owner on a server. But, Im Willing to give that up.
Do you know the commands? Of Course
Do you know the mod or admin duties?  I do know the duties because im really experienced with Owner/Admin
What is the reason you would like to have staff? I would like to have staff because I hate when most staff are always afk and don't help people.and id be the one who isn't afk.
Have you ever cheated on the server, or duped items? To be honest i don't even know how to dupe and how can you cheat on a server? so that would be a no
Are you honestly able to well inforce the rules? yes ill make sure no one abuses and ill be there for anyone whos been scammed or ect.!
If the owner ever needs help what would you do? Of course I would do "A"

(c) ell the owner to do it himself?
 
If a player is advertising what do you do? Mute or I.P. -  Ill mute as a warning and if he refuses and make a new account ill will ip. (if this is wrong please comment)
